Our no closing cost option allows consumers to refinance their mortgage to break free from rising adjustable rate mortgages, high interest loans and consolidate credit cards. The no cost option makes a refinance of your existing mortgage very attractive if the current rate you are paying is higher than the rates being offered.
Consumers usually refinance to a 30 year fixed rate mortgage. However, the no closing cost refinance option is offered on all of our mortgages. Contact a loan officer for additional information.
